STUDIO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to For Her Studios, By booking our photography or studio hire services

you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Our studio is equipped with a security camera for the safety of our clients and equipment. Footage is used strictly for security purposes only.

All recordings are automatically deleted after 48 hours unless needed for an incident.

Only a female team member has access to the footage, and it will only be reviewed in case of a security concern.

Changing is allowed in the studio, but for added privacy, you can use the communal toilets nearby: one is two doors to the left of the studio, and the other is through the doors on the right at the end of the hallway.

Leave the studio in a tidy condition, the cleaning trolley is equipped for use - Excessive mess will incur a £50 cleaning charge.

Use provided bins for small waste, For large rubbish, please contact us on the number provided on your booking confirmation for disposal instructions.

Makeup artists & Hairstylists must:

Use hair tool mats (located in the vanity drawer) to prevent heat damage.

Use surface sheets (in the cleaning trolley) to avoid makeup or hair product stains.
Keep makeup application & hair styling to designated Vanity area (directors’ chair can be moved to that area).

No makeup or hair styling on sofas or other areas in the studio.

Food & drinks

Drinks are Only allowed in bottles or closed cups with straws. No open cups to prevent spills.

Alcoholic drinks must be pre-approved via contact@forherstudios.com, please notify us beforehand.

No eating of hot food/meals in the studio please, feel free to help yourself to the snack trolley.

No excessively loud music, please be mindful of other businesses in the building.

The studio door must remain closed during your booking.

Treat all furniture, props, and equipment with care, (Do not stand on the furniture, etc)

You may rearrange items, except for main furniture pieces (such as the sofa, vanity station, and arched mirror), but they must be returned to their original layout after use.

Do not drag furniture or equipment.

Any damaged, stained, or broken items must be reported immediately, Full repair or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the booker & settled within 24 hours unless an alternative time has been agreed.

Strictly no smoking or vaping inside the studio or anywhere in the building.

Strictly no exposed body oils, glitter, fake tan, or substances that may stain furniture or floors.

Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

No open flames (including candles), fog, or haze machines.

Full payment is required upon booking.

A maximum of 2 people are allowed per booking, You can add extra guests in the add-on section.

Set-up and clean-up must be included within your booking time.

If you wish to extend your booking, notify us as soon as possible. We will check availability.

Lateness

If you go over your scheduled end time and there is a booking immediately after yours, A £20 fee per every 10 minutes you remain in the studio will be charged.

If you do not notify us of lateness, A £10 fee per every 10 minutes will be charged.

If you notify us of end time lateness (over 15 minutes) and we have no booking after yours A standard hourly booking fee will be added.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before your booking will receive a 50% refund.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before your booking. You may reschedule once, and the new booking must be within 30 days of the original date.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your booking are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

If an issue beyond your control affects your booking after the notice period, please email contact@forherstudios.com, and we will do our best to accommodate or assist you.
