Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all payments including deposits are non-refundable unless For Her Studios cancels or declines the booking. If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled by the end of your shoot. Rescheduling & Cancellations Policy: You are entitled to one reschedule free of charge, as long as the request is made at least 10 days before your shoot date. To secure your new date (which must be within 30 days of your original booking), any outstanding balance must be paid in full. If you request to reschedule after the 10-day grace period, the following fees apply: More than 72 hours before your shoot: £50 reschedule fee. Within 72 hours of your shoot: £100 reschedule fee. Example (Shoot Date: 24th January) On or before 14th January → Free reschedule. 15th January – 20th January → £50 reschedule fee. 21st January – 24th January → £100 reschedule fee. We prioritise honesty and communication. if something comes up, keep us in the loop and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Our fees are simply there to keep things fair, organised, and respectful of everyone’s time. Shoot Day Lateness: We value your time and ours, so please let us know immediately if you are running late. We allow a 30-minute grace period for lateness, as long as it is clearly communicated. Please note that no extra time will be added to your shoot. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, a £20 late fee will apply for every 30 minutes. Lateness beyond a hour is subject to the availability and discretion of For Her Studios, and we cannot guarantee that your shoot will be able to go ahead to its full potential. Shoot Day A plus one is allowed to your shoot day as support. Makeup & Hairstylists can do glam in the studio before your shoot, please contact by DM/Email to arrange your extra studio time slot.
